Nancy Juneja comes from a family of educators who run pioneering educational institutions -Shanti Gyan Niketan School and Shanti Gyan Vidyapeeth School, Goyla, Dwarka. Growing up in Family which has mentored more than 10000 students from past 25 years gave her a desire to empower people not only in academics but life skills too which is the need of the hour in 21st century. At the age of 16, she began mentoring students of her family owned school, her concepts which helped students to make an important shift in their outlook. Since then there has been no looking back, she started an educational revolution and spread her life skills workshops over 25 school of Delhi and NCR.
Nancy Juneja, mother of two, established Revup Life Skills Unit to cater specifically to kids of all ages. As individuals we have different needs at different points in our life. This distinct requirement was recognized by Nancy Juneja when she setup a dedicated company to look into the concerns, needs and interests of children. Over the years, Revup Life Skills has transformed numerous children into more confident individuals and responsible citizens.

The NGO for more than three decades, has been contributing to the crusade against illiteracy. ‘Every child deserves a chance’ is what Deepalaya strongly believes in and has been working towards it. Over the years, Deepalaya has established several projects in the areas of Education (Formal/Non-Formal/Remedial), Women Empowerment (reproductive health, SHG, Micro-finance), Institutional care, Community health, Vocational training and Differently Abled. These projects are operational in Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
